\nTurkish or German or French or Italian (Hybrid).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Help customers by responding to their requests and product questions - all online,\u00a0no calls;<\/strong><\/em>
\n*Manage tickets and messages using our smart internal tools;<\/em>
\n*Keep product info accurate and up to date - your attention to detail matters;<\/em>
\n*Collaborate with teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently;<\/em>
\n*Follow processes to ensure top-notch data quality.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluent in Turkish, German, French or Italian and confident in English;<\/em>
\n*Tech-savvy with basic digital tools and web platforms;<\/em>
\n*Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently;<\/em>
\n*Previous experience in support or back-office work is a plus, but not required;<\/em>
\n*Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in an international environment.<\/em><\/p>\n
