For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a B2B Client Growth Consultant with German and English (Hybrid).<\/p>\n

\n*Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets through renewals, upsells, and new opportunities within existing accounts;
\n*Manage a dedicated client portfolio and build strong, long-term business relationships;
\n*Lead smooth onboarding journeys from purchase to full product adoption;
\n*Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize product value through best practices and tailored recommendations;
\n*Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver a seamless customer experience;
\n*Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for clear pipeline visibility and forecasting.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
\n*2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles;
\n*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets;
\n*Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills;
\n*Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus;
\n*Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools and systems.<\/p>\n
\n*Monday-Friday standard working hours (hybrid model);
\n*Relocation package - includes airfare after 6 months, 10-day hotel stay with breakfast, and
