\n*Assisting customers through various channels (inbound calls and messages);
\n*Analyzing and resolving customer queries;
\n*Providing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.);
\n*Implementing system changes;
\n*Escalating faults or calls to other departments.<\/p>\n
\n*Customer-focused mindset and approach;
\n*Fluency in Hungarian, Dutch, German or French, plus very good English skills;
\n*Strong organizational and communication skills;
\n*Willingness to work shifts and good knowledge of MS Office;
\n*Analytical mindset, results-driven attitude, and team-oriented approach.<\/p>\n
