For one of our clients -\u00a0<\/strong>a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of
\nbeverages across many countries, we are looking for - Collections Specialist with German (Hybrid).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n*Ensure proper and timely payment of customer invoices;
\n*Handle the resolution of payment collection concerns within the team;
\n*Foster service excellence through a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement;
\n*Take action on both overdue and current receivables to ensure payments are collected;
\n*Work closely with commercial teams to resolve payment-related challenges;
\n*Regularly review and refresh process documentation and procedures;
\n*Comply with internal policies, financial standards, and deadlines.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong>
\n*Minimum 1 year of experience in a global or Shared Services setting;
\n*Basic knowledge of Customer to Cash functions and processes;
\n*Ability to evaluate problems and escalate to higher management when necessary;
\n*Proficiency German with good English skills;
\n*Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus;
\n*Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service;
\n*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.<\/p>\n
