Let's shape<br \/>\nthe future together!For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of<br \/>\nbeverages across many countries, we are looking for -\u00a0<strong>STP Accounts Payable Operations<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Specialist with German (Hybrid).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n*Manage end-to-end AP\/STP processes with accuracy and efficiency;<br \/>\n*Resolve queries and handle escalations promptly;<br \/>\n*Identify and fix root causes of AP issues;<br \/>\n*Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations;<br \/>\n*Ensure compliance with policies and procedures;<br \/>\n*Drive continuous process improvements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\n*1+ year AP experience (SSC or multinational preferred);<br \/>\n*Basic knowledge of P2P\/STP processes;<br \/>\n*ERP experience (SAP is a plus);<br \/>\n*Strong problem-solving and communication skills;<br \/>\n*Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset;<br \/>\n*Languages: German and English (B1-B2 level).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our client offers:<\/strong><br \/>\n*Flexible working allowance for internet and transport expenses;<br \/>\n*Monthly food vouchers provided;<br \/>\n*Paid leave, with additional days added based on years of service;<br \/>\n*Additional health insurance with a premium coverage plan;<br \/>\n*Annual performance evaluation, with the possibility of a salary increase, promotion, and<br \/>\nperformance bonuses;<br \/>\n*Standard working hours, hybrid model (Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00);<br \/>\n*Extra days off for volunteer work.<\/p>\n<p>If you feel excited and confident that you're the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the next<br \/>\nstep.
