Let's shape the future together!<br \/>\nFor one of our clients - a leading European coffee brand, known for innovation and a strong<\/div>\n<div>international presence, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0- Administrative and Office Coordinator (Hybrid).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n*Ensure smooth daily office operations, including facility coordination, supplier management,<\/div>\n<div>and administrative process oversight;<br \/>\n*Organize business travel, internal meetings, and employee events, ensuring timely execution<\/div>\n<div>and budget adherence;<br \/>\n*Manage the company car fleet, including insurance, inspections, maintenance, documentation<\/div>\n<div>tracking, and policy compliance;<br \/>\n*Process invoices and Purchase Orders in SAP and prepare accurate sales and administrative reports;<br \/>\n*Coordinate health, safety, and compliance activities, including occupational medicine and mandatory regulatory requirements;<br \/>\n*Provide professional customer support via phone and email, and assist with operational and<\/div>\n<div>administrative matters when required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n*Bachelor's degree (technical or economic background preferred);<br \/>\n*Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role;<br \/>\n*Very good English skills (spoken and written);<br \/>\n*Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage;<br \/>\n*Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail<br \/>\n*Proactive, structured, and service-oriented professional able to work independently in a multinational environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our client offers:<\/strong><br \/>\n*Friendly and supportive work environment;<br \/>\n*Standard working time, hybrid model;<br \/>\n*Structured onboarding and training period;<br \/>\n*Monthly food vouchers worth 76.69 Euro;<br \/>\n*Laptop and mobile phone provided;<br \/>\n*Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.<\/p>\n<p>If you feel excited and confident that you're the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the next<br \/>\nstep.
