For one of our clients - a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions, enhancing lives with each engagement for the leading global brands, we are looking for - Sportswear Customer Support Representative with French or German or Dutch or Spanish.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n*Deliver outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone;
\n*Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and after-sales inquiries related to a leading sports brand;
\n*Identify customer needs and provide fast, effective, and customer-focused solutions;
\n*Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in internal systems;
\n*Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey by following company standards and procedures;
\n*Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n*Fluency in French, German, Dutch, or Spanish (B2 level) and good command of English (B1-B2);
\n*Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, retail, or a similar role is considered an advantage;
\n*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;
\n*Ability to manage inquiries across multiple communication channels efficiently;
\n*Good computer skills and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems;
\n*Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
