For one of our clients - an international freight company specializing in the transportation of chemical products, we are looking for a Transport Operations Manager.<\/p>\n

\n*Monitor the condition and operational status of trucks, tankers, and the overall fleet;
\n*Track technical inspections, ADR checks, insurance policies, documentation, and other compliance deadlines;
\n*Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle condition, equipment, repairs, breakdowns, and trip preparation;
\n*Organize maintenance, repairs, servicing, and inspections of all vehicles;
\n*Ensure fleet readiness for transport tasks and compliance with internal procedures and transport regulations;
\n*Maintain records, reports, and updates related to the fleet, equipment, documentation, and operational deadlines, including monitoring receivables from transportation services.<\/p>\n
\n*Good command of the English language (written and spoken);
\n*Strong communication and coordination skills;
\n*Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding;
\n*Experience with heavy-duty vehicles and fleet operations;
\n*Knowledge of ADR transport regulations, GPS systems, tachographs, transport documents, and workshop\/service processes;
\n*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a detail-oriented, practical mindset.<\/p>\n
