For one of our clients - one of the world's leading consumer goods companies, we are looking for - Accounts Receivable Specialist with German (Hybrid).<\/p>\n

\n*Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments daily;
\n*Keep collection records and ledgers accurate and updated;
\n*Review and update process documents regularly;
\n*Support colleagues with guidance on collections processes;
\n*Collaborate with other teams to meet business needs;
\n*Identify process gaps and suggest improvements, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.<\/p>\n
\n*Experience in a shared services environment or a relevant business\/finance background;
\n*Good understanding of the full Order to Cash process;
\n*Proficiency German with good English skills;
\n*Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
\n*Good working knowledge of Excel and confidence in handling and analyzing data;
\n*Strong communication and active listening skills, with a detail-oriented approach.<\/p>\n
