\n*Provide professional and accurate support to customers regarding the online casino platform and services;
\n*Handle customer inquiries primarily via chat and email, with limited phone communication;
\n*Maintain high service standards in line with internal procedures and quality guidelines;
\n*Assist with administrative and account-related tasks, ensuring timely resolution of customer requests;
\n*Monitor and follow up on ongoing cases to ensure customer satisfaction;
\n*Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and seamless support;
\n*Stay up to date with company processes and the fast-paced online gaming environment.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Dutch and good command of English;
\n*Strong communication and organizational skills;
\n*Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment;
\n*Previous experience in customer support, administrative, or back-office roles is considered an advantage;
\n*Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused mindset;
\n*Comfortable working in a shift-based environment, including day and night shifts;
\n*Interest in the online gaming and casino industry is a plus.<\/p>\n
