\n* Communication with clients - mainly in writing, sometimes by phone;
\n* Giving clear and accurate information about products, services and orders;
\n*resolving common issues using internal systems;
\n*Referring more complex cases to the appropriate teams;
\n* keeping accurate records of customer enquiries;
\n* working in a team to improve service.<\/p>\n
\n*very good command of German or Italian or Portuguese;
\n*good level of English;
\n*Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required;
\n*Excellent communication skills and positive attitude;
\n* Confident with computer and basic programs (MS Office, browsers);
\n* Willingness to communicate primarily in writing, with the possibility of telephone contact.<\/p>\n
