For one of our clients - a worldwide drinks producer and distributor with operations in several countries - we are looking for a professional to join their Shared Service Center as a Junior Financial Administrator with German (Hybrid).<\/p>\n

\n*Support daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities;
\n*Respond to customer and vendor inquiries via email and phone;
\n*Process invoices, payments, and collection-related tasks;
\n*Update and maintain data in SAP and internal systems;
\n*Work with internal teams to resolve issues and discrepancies;
\n*Follow company procedures and service standards.<\/p>\n
\n*Degree or studies in Business, Finance, or a related field;
\n*German at B2 level and good English skills;
\n*Previous experience or internship is an advantage;
\n*Good communication and customer service skills;
\n*Basic knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is a plus;
\n*Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.<\/p>\n
