\n*Take ownership of a portfolio of B2B advertising clients and help them grow their business through smart, data-driven advertising strategies;
\n*Proactively uncover new business opportunities and recommend tailored digital solutions that drive measurable results;
\n*Act as a trusted partner to your clients, maintaining regular communication through calls, emails, and performance discussions;
\n*Review campaign performance data and turn insights into clear actions that improve efficiency, reach, and ROI;
\n*Understand each client's business goals and market challenges in order to offer relevant and impactful advertising guidance;
\n*Work towards and consistently achieve performance goals in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.<\/p>\n
\n*About 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, either inbound or outbound;
\n*Basic understanding of digital advertising and interest in learning how to optimize and grow campaigns;
\n*Strong communication skills with a consultative, problem-solving approach;
\n*Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and explaining solutions in a clear and confident way;
\n*Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw practical conclusions;
\n*Tech-savvy, quick to adapt to new tools and digital platforms
\n*Fluent in German and confident in English communication.<\/p>\n
