\n*Drive monthly sales targets across assigned stores through smart, creative selling initiatives;
\n*Monitor local market trends and use insights to plan effective actions;
\n*Support client growth by designing and executing in-store promotions;
\n*Optimize regional marketing budgets to maximize impact and ROI;
\n*Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, proactive communication;
\n*Support the sales team with merchandising execution and in-store excellence.<\/p>\n
\n*1-2 years of experience in a similar FMCG sales role;
\n*Proven success in FMCG sales with strong merchandising skills;
\n*Intermediate English level; fluent in Bulgarian;
\n*Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel;
\n*Strong communication skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset;
\n*Willingness to travel regularly; valid driving license required.<\/p>\n
