For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a Business Development Advisor with Italian or German (Hybrid Shifts and Relocation Package).<\/p>\n

\n*Reconnect with previous clients and help them rediscover the value of our innovative solutions;
\n*Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B accounts by building strong, long-term client relationships;
\n*Drive account reactivation strategies and identify new revenue opportunities across key markets;
\n*Understand clients\u2019 business and marketing objectives to recommend tailored solutions that deliver results;
\n*Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and a personalized customer experience;
\n*Engage confidently with decision-makers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings while achieving and exceeding sales targets.<\/p>\n
\n*Excellent understanding of sales techniques, account growth strategies, and consultative selling;
\n*Fluent Italian or German, along with strong English communication skills;
\n*Previous experience in sales, account management, customer support, or a dynamic BPO\/outsourcing environment;
\n*Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing solutions with client needs;
\n*Proven ability to identify upselling opportunities and grow client investment;
\n*Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n*Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.<\/p>\n
