For one of our clients - a well-established representative in the BPO industry, providing customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for - Travel and Mobility Specialist with French or German.<\/p>\n

\n*Provide customer support for car rental services, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience;
\n*Handle booking requests, modifications, and cancellations efficiently;
\n*Assist clients with inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner;
\n*Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure service quality;
\n*Maintain accurate records of reservations, customer interactions, and service updates.<\/p>\n
\n*Excellent command of French or German and good English;
\n*Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
\n*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
\n*Basic computer skills and ability to work with reservation systems;
\n*Comfortable working in a structured weekday office environment.<\/p>\n
