For one of our clients - a long-term BPO partner delivering customer experience and digital support solutions for global clients in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for - Junior Digital Products Assistant with Norwegian or Danish (PTE\/FTE).<\/p>\n

\n*Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email;
\n*Provide friendly and efficient non-technical troubleshooting;
\n*Guide users through basic digital product and service issues;
\n*Ensure a smooth customer experience with timely follow-ups;
\n*Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as needed;
\n*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Norwegian or Danish, plus very good English;
\n*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
\n*Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude;
\n*Basic computer literacy and typing skills;
\n*Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.<\/p>\n
