For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a wide range of beverages across numerous countries - we are looking for a Junior Assistant Financial Operations with German to join their team. The role is focused on resolving customer and internal stakeholder queries, while delivering high-quality shared services support and ensuring operational excellence.<\/p>\n

\n*Handle customer disputes and provide timely solutions;
\n*Deliver excellent customer support across CTC processes;
\n*Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders;
\n*Work with SAP and internal systems to maintain accurate data;
\n*Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures;
\n*Perform back-office support activities.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent German and good English skills;
\n*Previous experience in Shared Services or a multinational environment is a plus;
\n*Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities;
\n*Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
\n*Well-organized with good time management;
\n*Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.<\/p>\n
