\n*Be the friendly expert who helps users with their personal devices in a clear and supportive way;
\n*Communicate through chat, email, or phone to resolve issues quickly and efficiently;
\n*Troubleshoot technical problems and make sure every user enjoys a smooth, satisfying experience;
\n*Keep track of cases, follow up with users, and ensure every issue is fully resolved;
\n*Collaborate with your teammates to share knowledge, improve processes, and deliver the best service possible;
\n*Stay informed about product updates so you can provide accurate, helpful advice.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Azerbaijani and good command of English;
\n*Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus - but not required;
\n*A problem-solving mindset with a friendly, customer-first approach;
\n*Strong communication skills and the ability to explain tech in a simple, human way;
\n*A fast learner with solid basic tech skills and curiosity to grow;
