For one of our clients\u2014a global company providing customer experience solutions for leading international brands\u2014we are looking for a Digital Consumer Coordinator with German (Hybrid). The project is for a world-renowned technology company focused on healthcare and consumer products, where you will support customers via social media with pre-sales, post-sales, and technical inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.<\/p>\n

\n*Provide customer support via tickets, phone calls, and social media platforms;
\n*Address customer inquiries, issues, and product questions promptly;
\n*Resolve concerns related to home appliances, coffee makers, and other household products;
\n*Offer solutions and troubleshooting advice for products;
\n*Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience;
\n*Stay informed about new products and updates.<\/p>\n
\n*Excellent German skills and good English;
\n*Experience in customer support across various channels, including social media, is a plus;
\n*Knowledge of home appliances or customer service for tech products is a plus;
\n*Good multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
\n*Customer-focused with attention to detail.<\/p>\n
\n*Office location - good transport links and close to the metro;
\n*Working rotating shifts, with no night shifts required;
\n*Hybrid work model available after the first 6 months;
