\n*Provide professional customer support via chat, email, and phone;
\n*Assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related inquiries;
\n*Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions;
\n*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively;
\n*Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following company guidelines;
\n*Stay up to date with product updates and company policies.<\/p>\n
\n*Excellent Slovak or Azerbaijani with very good English skills;
\n*Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus;
\n*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
\n*Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently;
\n*Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills is a plus;
\n*A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.<\/p>\n
