For one of our clients\u2014a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services that helps global brands enhance digital experiences across the fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries\u2014we are seeking a Player Support Specialist with Italian language skills. The project involves providing email-based customer support for PC and console gamers.<\/p>\n

\n*Respond promptly to player inquiries via email and ticketing system;
\n*Provide expert support for PC and console games, resolving technical and gameplay issues;
\n*Document and track player interactions in the support system accurately;
\n*Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and player experience;
\n*Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all player communications.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in Italian and has a very good command of English;
\n*Previous experience in gaming or customer support is a plus;
\n*Strong written communication skills and attention to detail;
\n*Ability to work 8-hour shifts according to schedule;
\n*Passion for video games and helping players enjoy their experience.<\/p>\n
