For one of our clients\u2014a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services that helps global brands enhance digital experiences across the fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries\u2014we are seeking a Sports Technology Support Specialist who speaks Danish. Their project focuses on customer care for high-tech sports accessories, supporting users of smartwatches and fitness trackers with order inquiries, deliveries, product usage, and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n

\n*Support customers by phone and email with questions about smart sports devices;
\n*Help with orders, deliveries, and product information;
\n*Guide users through features of smartwatches and fitness bands;
\n*Solve technical issues and provide clear solutions;
\n*Keep records of customer interactions accurately;
\n*Create a positive experience and represent the brand with enthusiasm.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Danish and a good command of English;
\n*Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must;
\n*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
\n*Passion for sports, fitness, or a healthy lifestyle is an advantage;
\n*Comfortable using new technologies and devices;
\n*Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.<\/p>\n
