As part of this exciting project, you will represent a world-renowned sports apparel brand, assisting customers and helping to create an exceptional customer experience.<\/p>\n

\n*Become the trusted point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat;
\n*Guide customers through their shopping experience by providing assistance with product information, orders, deliveries, returns, and after-sales inquiries;
\n*Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions that create a positive and memorable experience;
\n*Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions using internal systems and tools;
\n*Contribute to a seamless customer experience by following quality standards and best practices;
\n*Work closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction and service excellence.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in German or French, along with a good command of English;
\n*Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or a customer-facing role is considered an advantage;
\n*Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people;
\n*Ability to multitask and confidently handle customer inquiries across various communication channels;
\n*Strong digital literacy and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies;
\n*A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
\n*Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.<\/p>\n
