For one of our clients\u2019 new projects in the premium sportswear sector, we are looking for an experienced activewear customer care specialist who speaks Dutch, German, French, or Spanish. The project is focused on providing excellent customer support for a globally recognized active lifestyle brand.<\/p>\n

\n*Be the voice of a globally recognized sportswear brand, providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat;
\n*Guide customers through every stage of their shopping experience, from product recommendations and order assistance to after-sales support;
\n*Build positive customer relationships by understanding individual needs and providing tailored solutions;
\n*Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a professional, empathetic, and customer-centric approach;
\n*Accurately document customer interactions and keep information up to date in internal systems;
\n*Help create a seamless and engaging customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Dutch, German, French, or Spanish, combined with a good command of English;
\n*Previous experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, or a customer-facing environment;
\n*Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences;
\n*Ability to effectively manage multiple customer interactions across different communication channels;
\n*Confidence in using digital tools and adapting quickly to new systems and technologies
\n*Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding solutions;
\n*A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.<\/p>\n
