For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services that specializes in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a motivated, business-oriented, and experienced Digital Growth Strategist who is fluent in German and English (hybrid role).<\/p>\n

\n*Cultivated and maintained long-term client relationships by providing strategic guidance and tailored business solutions;
\n*Served as a trusted advisor on digital advertising products, platform features, and emerging opportunities for business growth;
\n*Developed, optimized, and refined advertising campaigns to maximize performance, engagement, and return on investment;
\n*Identified growth opportunities through a consultative approach, consistently contributing to sales targets and client success;
\n*Managed sales pipelines and campaign performance data through CRM systems, ensuring operational excellence and accurate reporting.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1), with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
\n*Proven experience in client-facing environments, including sales, customer success, account management, or business process outsourcing;
\n*Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend value-driven solutions;
\n*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with digital business tools;
\n*Experienced with CRM platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.<\/p>\n
