For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales that drives revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant with Portuguese (Hybrid).<\/p>\n

\n*Guide new clients through a seamless onboarding process, setting them up for long-term success with our software;
\n*Develop trusted, long-lasting partnerships through face-to-face meetings and regular client engagement;
\n*Track and support customers throughout their lifecycle - from initial setup to full license activation;
\n*Act as a trusted advisor by sharing best practices and optimization strategies that maximize product value;
\n*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system;
\n*Proactively identify and resolve issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure quick and effective solutions.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
\n*At least 2 years of experience in client support, BPO, or customer-facing roles, preferably in tech or software environments;
\n*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
\n*A highly organized and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently;
\n*Experience using CRM systems and handling customer cases or support tickets;
\n*A customer-centric, analytical approach, with a passion for improving client experience and outcomes.<\/p>\n
