Working as part of a dynamic back-office team, you will review user-generated content and information, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards. \n* Take timely and appropriate action regarding content that violates policies or poses potential risks.
\n* Apply internal procedures consistently while staying up to date on policy changes and operational updates.
\n* Identify trends, behavioral patterns, and emerging risks to support proactive decision-making.
\n* Conduct thorough assessments and provide clear justification for moderation and risk-related decisions.
\n* Help maintain a safe, compliant, and trustworthy digital environment.<\/p>\n
\n* English at the B2 level or higher.
\n* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
\n* Ability to handle sensitive information in a professional and objective manner.
\n* Excellent decision-making skills and the confidence to defend conclusions using logical reasoning.
\n* Ability to recognize patterns and assess potential risks.
\n* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle changing priorities and heavy workloads.
\n* Previous experience in content moderation, fraud prevention, risk analysis, compliance, investigations, or similar fields will be considered an advantage.<\/p>\n
\n* Rotational shifts covering 24\/7 operations, Monday through Sunday.
