\n*Provide customer service via phone, email, or chat regarding shipment inquiries (delivered, undelivered, or lost);
\n*Assist customers with tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner;
\n*Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations and an accurate flow of information;
\n*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases in the system;
\n*Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by providing clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.<\/p>\n
\n*Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French and strong command of English;
\n*Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or a call center environment is a plus;
\n*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;
\n*Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connection;
\n*Willingness to work in a hybrid work model.<\/p>\n
