\n*Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, support tickets, and social media;
\n*Respond professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and product-related questions;
\n*Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to home appliances and household products;
\n*Guide customers on product usage, maintenance, and warranty procedures;
\n*Ensure the timely and effective resolution of customer concerns;
\n*Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction;
\n*Stay up to date on product updates, new releases, and company policies.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in German with a good command of English;
\n*Previous experience in customer support, consumer care, or a contact center environment;
\n*Experience supporting customers through multiple channels, including social media;
\n*Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or technical products is a plus;
\n*Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;
\n*A customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail;
\n*Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.<\/p>\n
