For one of our clients\u2014a trusted BPO provider that delivers customized support solutions and streamlined business processes to clients worldwide\u2014we are looking for a Client Support Expert who speaks Portuguese, Azerbaijani, or Turkish.<\/p>\n

\n*Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat;
\n*Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
\n*Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction;
\n*Accurately record customer information and case details in the internal system;
\n*Work closely with team members to resolve more complex customer requests;
\n*Stay up to date on products and services to provide accurate information;
\n*Promote and recommend additional products or services whenever appropriate and in line with customer needs;
\n*Work on a rotating shift schedule, including evening shifts.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Portuguese, Azerbaijani, or Turkish;
\n*Very good command of English;
\n*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
\n*Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
\n*Previous experience in customer service is a plus
\n*Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and adapt to changing business needs.<\/p>\n
