\n*Provide high-quality email support to gaming customers, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently;
\n*Maintain a positive and helpful tone when interacting with players, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
\n*Analyze and identify customer problems, escalating complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary;
\n*Collaborate with other departments to ensure that player concerns are resolved in a timely manner and to improve the overall customer experience;
\n*Continuously update and maintain knowledge of gaming products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate support.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in French, Italian, or Spanish, with very good English and excellent written communication skills in both languages;
\n*Strong interest in gaming and a good understanding of common gaming platforms and systems;
\n*Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
\n*Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the gaming or tech industry;
\n*Flexibility to work different shifts, including day and evening shifts, depending on the needs of the business.<\/p>\n
