\n*Review and evaluate user-generated content and advertisements to ensure they meet our community standards;
\n*Spot and escalate harmful, sensitive, or potentially risky content;
\n*Make accurate and timely moderation decisions to maintain a safe online environment;
\n*Follow clear, platform-specific guidelines while exercising good judgment;
\n*Consistently meet quality and productivity targets;
\n*Work closely with team leads to help refine and improve moderation processes.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Norwegian, Albanian, Polish, Serbian, or Danish (C1 level);
\n*Strong command of English (B2 level or higher);
\n*Ability to stay resilient while handling graphic or sensitive material;
\n*Sharp attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills;
\n*Willingness to work 24\/7 shifts;
\n*Previous content moderation experience is a plus - but not required.<\/p>\n
