\n-\u00a0Enterprise Travel Consultant with proficiency in Dutch or German and English.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Oversee and organize all corporate travel arrangements, including the booking of flights,
\naccommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless coordination;
\n*Provide tailored travel solutions that meet clients' corporate policies, requirements, and
\npreferences, while optimizing their travel experience;
\n*Advise clients on the most cost-effective and time-efficient travel options, balancing quality
\nand budget;
\n*Handle all aspects of travel booking, including modifications, cancellations, and changes,
\nwhile ensuring minimal disruption to clients' plans;
\n*Offer support during travel-related issues or emergencies, promptly resolving any
\ndisruptions that may arise;
\n*Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are
\nmet with consistent professionalism;
\n*Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations within the travel
\nindustry to offer clients the most current solutions.<\/p>\n
\n*Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch or German and English, ensuring clear
\ncommunication with diverse clientele;
\n*Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for
\neffectively addressing complex client needs;
\n*At least two years of relevant work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality, or related
\nindustries, with preference given to candidates with experience in these fields;
\n*Familiarity with various Travel Global Distribution Systems (GDS), such as Amadeus,
\nGalileo, Sabre, Worldspan, or Apollo, is highly valued;
\n*Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office programs, and the ability to
\nefficiently manage data and communications;
\n*A customer-centric approach, dedicated to providing outstanding service and building long-
\nterm client satisfaction;
\n*Keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while
\nensuring accuracy and efficiency.<\/p>\n
