\n*Be the go-to person for customers, assisting them by phone or email with questions about shipping and delivery;
\n*Track packages, provide real-time updates, and resolve delivery issues quickly and carefully;
\n*Work closely with logistics partners to ensure that every shipment reaches its destination without a hitch;
\n*Keep customer cases and interactions accurately documented in our systems;
\n*Deliver an outstanding customer experience by combining empathy, clear communication, and a solution-first mindset.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Dutch, German, or French, along with a good command of English;
\n*Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or a contact center is a plus\u2014but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important;
\n*Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection;
\n*Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease;
\n*Willingness to work in a hybrid work model.<\/p>\n
