For one of our clients\u2014a well-established company in the BPO industry that provides customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors, including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming\u2014we are seeking a Backoffice Digital Risk Operations Specialist who speaks Czech, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, or Danish.<\/p>\n

\n*Play an important role in creating a safer digital space by reviewing user-generated content and advertisements;
\n*Evaluate content against platform policies and community standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience;
\n*Detect and take action on content that may be harmful, misleading, or in violation of platform guidelines;
\n*Make timely, objective, and well-reasoned moderation decisions while maintaining a high level of accuracy;
\n*Achieve quality and productivity goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
\n*Stay informed about policy updates and apply new guidelines with confidence in your daily work;
\n*Collaborate with teammates and team leaders to share knowledge, improve workflows, and contribute to continuous process improvements.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Czech, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, or Danish (both written and spoken);
\n*Good command of English (B2 level or higher);
\n*Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to make well-considered decisions;
\n*Confidence in working with content that may occasionally be sensitive or graphic;
\n*Flexibility to work on a rotating 24\/7 shift schedule;
\n*A proactive mindset, a desire to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing policies and priorities;
\n*Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or a similar field is a plus, but not required.<\/p>\n
