\n*Review and evaluate user-generated content and advertisements in accordance with platform policies and community guidelines;
\n*Identify content that may be harmful, sensitive, or in violation of established standards, and take the appropriate action;
\n*Make accurate, consistent, and well-informed moderation decisions in a fast-paced environment;
\n*Follow internal policies and quality standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity;
\n*Work collaboratively with your team, sharing insights and contributing to continuous process improvements;
\n*Stay up to date on policy changes and apply the new guidelines with confidence in your daily work.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in French, Italian, Albanian, or Serbian (written and spoken);
\n*Good command of English (B2 level or higher);
\n*Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and sound judgment;
\n*The ability to remain professional and resilient when reviewing sensitive or graphic content;
\n*Flexibility to work in a 24\/7 shift-based environment;
\n*A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures;
\n*Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or a similar role is a plus.<\/p>\n
