\n*Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and chat;
\n*Assist customers with inquiries about a wide range of sports products;
\n*Provide accurate product information and effective solutions;
\n*Maintain clear and detailed customer records in internal systems;
\n*Ensure a positive customer experience by exceeding service expectations.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is essential;
\n*A passion for sports and a customer-focused mindset;
\n*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
\n*Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
\n*Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.<\/p>\n
