For one of our clients\u2014a technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands\u2014we are looking for a Backoffice Platform Coordinator who speaks Italian and English. The project is dedicated to one of the world\u2019s leading online gaming ecosystems, where users can create and enjoy games.<\/p>\n

\n*Respond to customer emails using a support system for an online game platform and game creation system;
\n*Help users recover their accounts or passwords;
\n*Assist with refund requests when needed;
\n*Provide clear guidance about the platform, its games, game creation tools, and related features;
\n*Keep customers happy by resolving issues quickly, professionally, and with empathy;
\nBe a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful representative of the brand.<\/p>\n
\n*Excellent Italian skills and very good English;
\n*Good writing and communication skills.;
\n*Basic computer and typing skills;
\n*Interest in games or gaming platforms is a plus;
\n*Positive attitude and willingness to help people;
\n*Team player with a proactive and curious mindset.<\/p>\n
\n*Standard working time - Monday till Friday;
