For one of our clients – a partner in business and IT outsourcing, driven by pride and expertise to
support companies in achieving operational excellence, we are looking for – Backoffice
Service Representative with Japanese or German or French or Portuguese or Spanish
(Remote).
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A CONTACT CENTER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
IS REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and only 10% via phone;
*Assist users with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries in a professional and
friendly manner;
*Guide customers through features and functionalities of the product to ensure a smooth user
experience;
*Escalate technical issues or complex queries to relevant internal teams when necessary;
*Document all customer interactions clearly in the internal system;
*Stay up to date with product updates and innovations to offer accurate and timely support.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Japanese, German, French, Portuguese or Spanish, and a good command of
English (written and spoken);
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset;
*Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn about innovative digital products;
*PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A CONTACT CENTER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE
ROLE IS REQUIRED;
*Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
*Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow within a supportive, international team.
