For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for – IT Solutions Sales Consultant with Polish or Turkish or German or Portuguese (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
*Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, ensuring new clients quickly gain confidence in our software solutions;
*Build trusted partnerships with customers through regular face-to-face meetings and ongoing consultative support;
*Drive product adoption by helping clients unlock the full value of our solutions through tailored recommendations;
*Monitor customer progress, proactively identifying opportunities to improve engagement and achieve key milestones;
*Act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices and optimization strategies that support long-term customer success;
*Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation in CRM to ensure a seamless client experience;
*Resolve customer challenges efficiently by troubleshooting issues and collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
Qualifications:
*Fluent in Polish, Turkish, German, or Portuguese, with excellent communication skills in English;
*At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Support, Client Services, or a BPO environment;
*Passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding customer experience;
*Comfortable working with CRM platforms, managing customer cases, and keeping accurate records;
*Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively;
*Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement;
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
