brands around the world. We are on a search for adaptable bright and team-oriented people
for the role of Junior Tech Care Support Agent with English – Hybrid.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Regularly interacting with users to assist with products and services;
* Giving feedback to users after they make a request or after handling a case;
* Keeping our database current with details on activities and operations;
* Using specialized software to run queries and support our systems.
Requirements:
* English skills at a B2 level and awesome communication skills (previous experience in
customer service is a plus);
* Friendly and quick to respond in conversations;
* Can adapt easily to changes and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office;
* Good at prioritizing and managing time;
* Team player, self-disciplined, confidential, and precise.
Our client offers:
* Paid initial training (during the first month), working time during the training period 10:00-
18:30h Monday-Friday with 1 or 2 days at the office (depending on the city);
* Working time organized in shifts (10:00-23:00h Monday-Sunday) with 5 working and 2 days
off a week, shifts are assigned;
* Hybrid model of work, 1 day from office in Sofia and 2 days from office in Plovdiv;
* Solid salary and performance bonus (up to 600 BGN gross);
* Sales through service bonus (no cap, the more services you sell, the higher your bonus);
* Earning potential, (agent hitting peak performance could earn up to 1875 BGN gross in
bonuses monthly, bringing their total potential monthly earnings to 3975 BGN gross);
* Full-time employment and monthly food vouchers worth 60 BGN.
