For one of our clients—a well-established company in the BPO industry that provides customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors, including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming—we are seeking a Backoffice Digital Risk Operations Specialist who speaks Czech, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, or Danish.
Key Responsibilities:
*Play an important role in creating a safer digital space by reviewing user-generated content and advertisements;
*Evaluate content against platform policies and community standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience;
*Detect and take action on content that may be harmful, misleading, or in violation of platform guidelines;
*Make timely, objective, and well-reasoned moderation decisions while maintaining a high level of accuracy;
*Achieve quality and productivity goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
*Stay informed about policy updates and apply new guidelines with confidence in your daily work;
*Collaborate with teammates and team leaders to share knowledge, improve workflows, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Czech, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, or Danish (both written and spoken);
*Good command of English (B2 level or higher);
*Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to make well-considered decisions;
*Confidence in working with content that may occasionally be sensitive or graphic;
*Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule;
*A proactive mindset, a desire to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing policies and priorities;
*Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or a similar field is a plus, but not required.
