For one of our clients – a well-known and growing company in the field of online payments.
We are searching for experienced, capable and confident training-enthusiasts for the role of
Sales Training Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Developing training curricula and materials for the company academy;
* Staying informed on the latest sales trends and best practices to ensure training relevancy;
* Updating training materials to reflect changes in products, market trends and sales
techniques;
* Collaborating with sales managers on identifying training needs and creating customized
training plans and learning strategies specific to each sales division;
* Leading and monitoring sales training initiatives and conducting engaging training sessions
for sales teams and partners;
* Evaluate the impact of training programs on sales results, identifying and addressing gaps
in sales performance;
* Creating and maintaining training reports.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English (spoken and written) with strong communication and presentation skills;
* Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management is required;
* Previous experience as a Trainer/Sales Trainer is an advantage;
* Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms and ability to manage the complete training
cycle (both in-person and web-based learning);
* Experience in creating learning or marketing materials;
* Solid organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects;
* Relevant academic background (marketing, communication, or business administration),
additional certification in training is a plus.
