For one of our clients – a company operating in transport and logistics field. We are
searching for experienced, driven and skilled sales-savvy individuals for the role of Field Sales Professional.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing a sales plan aimed at expanding the customer base in your
sales area, in line with budget and personal targets;
* Generating and securing new business clients within the assigned sales territory, and
complying with company strategy and goals;
* Representing the company at customer events, trade fairs, and company functions;
* Identifying and connecting with potential customers through research and networking;
* Building and maintaining client relationships, particularly with small and medium-sized
enterprises (SMEs);
* Ensuring sustainable growth in volume, revenue, and gross profit within your sales territory;
* Collaborating closely with the production and sales teams to improve and sustain profitable
business retention within your sales area;
* Collecting, analyzing, and sharing market intelligence on competitors, capacities, pricing,
and customers;
* Maintaining updated records of your sales activities in the corporate CRM;
* Reporting sales performance and coordinate activities to your superiors and everybody
required to be in the information loop.

* Experience in a sales or similar role with a focus on new sales and business development;
* Proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets;
* Experience in Multimodal Logistics or Road Freight sectors is advantageous;
* Ability to identify, establish, and develop new customers with a solutions-based approach;
* Strong commercial focus and business acumen;
* Fluency in English and a valid car driver’s license.
