skilled, and driven individuals for the role of Player Support with Portuguese,
Italian, French or German (No experience required – No-Calls).

Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt and effective support to players through live chat and email, addressing
inquiries and resolving issues with precision;
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and service standards;
* Ensure responses are accurate, friendly, and aligned with company standards;
* Keep players informed about current and upcoming promotions, updates to regulations,
and necessary compliance requirements;
* Participate in various projects and cross-functional task groups to gain a deeper
understanding of business operations and contribute to continuous improvement;
* Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment, meeting targets as the
company’s services continue to expand.

Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese, Italian, French or German,
as well as English;
* No previous experience required (experience in customer support, online gaming, or
payment processing is advantageous);
* Technological proficiency, with familiarity in communication platforms and office software;
* Ability to multitask effectively, think critically in real-time, and make sound decisions under pressure;
* Availability to work on shifts and an occasional night shift;
* High attention to detail, a motivated attitude, and the ability to accurately identify and
address customer needs.
