For one of our clients – a globally-present company, offering high-quality services in
customer experience management field. We are looking for confident, experienced and
determined individuals for the role of Senior Recruiter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Participating in and managing the whole recruitment process, from start to finish;
* Serving as an expert and delivering custom-made solutions that suit client’s specific needs;
* Taking an active part in identifying talent needs for new projects (create recruitment plan,
deciding on a timeframe, profile definition…)
* Researching new ways of improving recruitment and sourcing of candidates;
* Helping to develop new and improve existing sourcing and recruiting strategies (targeting
qualified candidates) and utilizing a variety of tools to achieve the desired effect;
* Developing and executing recruiting plans and performing other global recruiting projects
as assigned;
* Using knowledge of cost analysis, budget preparation and control when working together
with marketing team and developing marketing campaigns;
* Collaborating with recruitment agencies and other recruitment vendors;
* Preparing different types of reports and supporting our HR and training and development
teams on different projects;
* Working closely with company leaders and discussing different topics (improvements,
implementation of new systems, other projects…).

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience;
* Proven experience and in-depth understanding of recruitment process (end-to-end);
* Confident and skilled conversationalist with strong PC user skillset;
* Skilled multitasker, able to prioritize tasks and handle working on multiple projects well;
* Proactive, determined and results-oriented;
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a part of a team:
* Organized, able to manage time well and meet set deadlines;
* Excellent English skills (C1 level or higher). both written and spoken.
