For one of our clients – one of the leading companies in the customer experience
management field. We are on the lookout for skilled, tech-savvy and communicative people
for the role of Technical Support with Greek & English – Standard shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer service issues;
* Follow procedures to escalate inquiries when needed;
* Inform customers about products and services;
* Use multiple systems to update records accurately;
* Support and collaborate with the team.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Turkish or Greek (C1) and good English (B2);
* Contact centre or customer service experience is a plus;
* Quick to adapt to new products, processes, and tech;
* Reliable with good attendance and time management;
* Computer literate and skilled with MS Office apps.
