of the best services and solutions in the industry. We are looking for experienced, proactive
and capable leaders for the role of Training Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing a team of trainers, ensuring coordination and smooth operations;
* Serving as a role model and mentor and nurturing a positive, engaging work environment;
* Designing and implementing training programs for new and existing roles and prompting
continuous improvement;
* Implementing coaching strategies to support staff development and professional growth;
* Developing and refining training materials to ensure program effectiveness and relevance;
* Reporting to the Head of QC & Training and align initiatives with organizational goals;
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards and delivering high-quality
training.

Requirements:
* Minimum three years of managerial experience, leading teams of 20+ members;
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications;
* Preferred experience in leading a training department, developing and implementing
training programs and familiarity with using KPIs to measure organizational performance;
* Process and people-oriented with a track record of team development and maintaining a
positive work environment;
* Strong leadership skills, assertive, proactive, and capable of driving projects independently
or collaboratively with a focus on achieving strategic objectives;
* Skilled in strategic planning and long-term goal implementation with strong decision-making
and problem-solving abilities.
